Jason Hale, CPT, Pn1
Jason Hale lives and works in the Granite state with his wife Eliza and three kids. He’s spent the last 17 years working in the Biotech and Medical Device industry but always had a special place in his life for fitness. Now, having regained his former shape at 40, he’s looking to help others reach their goals through proper nutrition and exercise. Some of the activities/hobbies that Jason enjoys most are spending time with friends and family, hiking, mountain biking, obstacle course racing, and strength training. Jason has a passion for exercise, but provides services as a nutrition coach as well. Whatever your goals are, general health & fitness, endurance, or strength, together, he and Eliza can help you achieve success.
A busy mom of three, Eliza Hale has found a way to combine her love of cooking, gardening and fitness by serving as a health coach. She is passionate about teaching families the power of food and showing busy moms and dads how they can maximize the overall health and wellness of their family. Currently working on her health coach certification through the Integrative Institute of Nutrition (IIN), Eliza is an Occupational Therapist (BS) and a Certified Group Exercise Fitness Instructor. She has coached clients through fitness and nutrition for those with weight loss, muscle gain and/or increased athletic performance goals. Her results driven, mind and body approach incorporates pairing the highest quality, nutrient dense foods with customized macro-nutrient profiles, personal development, and customized fitness training. When Eliza isn’t coaching, gardening or cooking, you can find her running, hitting the weights, teaching group exercise classes or traveling and spending time with her family.
